Winding Up Search (formerly, Companies Court Check) (£18 + VAT)
- A check on a company name at the Insolvency and Companies List (formerly known as the Companies Court) to determine whether there are any pending winding up petitions registered against that company. The report will contain details of any pending winding up petitions and any notices of intention to appoint an Administrator, notice of appointment of an Administrator, administration order and application for the making of an administration order that appear on the records, together with a summary of any previous withdrawn or dismissed petitions filed in the last 36 months.
- We will endeavour to provide the result of any searches placed within 60 minutes between the hours of 10.00am and 4.30pm on any business day.
Full Insolvency Search (£33 + VAT)
Delivered within 30 minutes between the hours of 10:00am and 4.30pm, for UK companies this report combines the following three elements
- Winding Up Search – a check on a company name at the Insolvency and Companies List (formerly known as the Companies Court) to determine whether there are any pending winding up petitions registered against that company. A litigation check against a company name covering England and Wales at the High Court of Justice providing details of any cases that are dealt with at The Business and Property Courts and King’s Bench Division of the High Court, as listed below:

Registry Trust Search (CCJ’s) (£35 + VAT)
A search of the Registry Trust by company name, trading name or individual’s name to reveal CCJs, Administration Orders and other Judgements.
HM Land Registry Property Ownership & Mortgage details (£45 + VAT)
A search of the HM Land Registry Index of Proprietors’ Names detailing corporate ownership of land and properties in England and Wales plus a company summary containing mortgage/charge details. The HM Land Registry Index contains more than 3.3 million title records of freehold and leasehold properties in England and Wales. If corporate ownership is found then the search will provide the following information:
- Land or Property addresss
- Registered title number
- Tenure (Freehold/Leasehold)
- Price Paid (where available)
- Date of registration of owners
Companies House certified copies (£44 + VAT)
Obtain certified copies/Company Certificate with summary statement (formerly Certificate of Good Standing) on companies registered at Companies House. Scanned copies of all Same day certified certificates of good standing will be emailed prior to despatch.
